The Arcadia is a landed refurbishment project by Incraft International Design, conceived as a calm and contemporary living space defined by soft architectural gestures and warm materiality.

the heart of the design is a sculptural curved ceiling that gracefully sweeps across the living and circulation areas. This architectural gesture was carefully introduced to conceal the existing staircase structure, transforming what was once a structural constraint into a defining design feature. The gentle curvature softens the spatial transition while visually guiding movement through the home, creating a sense of fluidity and elegance.

The open-plan layout between dining and living areas promotes spatial continuity, while carefully curated furnishings maintain a balanced scale within the generous floor area.
